* All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation

* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

* Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner operations

* Estimated delivery time:

* Metro cities: 2–5 business days

* Other locations: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to external factors.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

* Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout- Any additional charges such as COD fees will also be clearly mentioned before placing the order

4. ORDER TRACKING

* Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped

* Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

* Courier or logistics issues

* Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

* High order volumes or peak seasons

TRIVAR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. ADDRESS & DELIVERY DETAILS

* Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information

* TRIVAR will not be responsible for delivery issues caused due to incorrect address or contact

7. UNDELIVERED / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

* If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to

us (RTO)

* Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
